Machines

We have several UVNIM™ machines in our program:

• UVNiUM™ sublimation machine
  The UVNIM™ WPE-subli is a combined machine of a double sided or one sided preheating, with aluminium heating plates from the bottom and hot air circulation oven from the top side and vacuum membrame press in one chassis, to realize the sublimation process. This process consits of transferring images into the Solid Surface or another material prepared for sublimation.
• UVNiUM™ thermoforming machine
  Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film” when referring to thinner gauges and certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high-enough temperature that permits it to be stretched into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape.
• UVNiUM™ 2 in 1 machine
  The UVNIM™ 2in1 machine is a solution for preheating and thermoforming Solid Surface materials (Corian, HI-MACS, Krion, PLEXIGLAS Mineral, etc.), thermoplastics (ABS, acrylic glass, PET, etc.) and similar composite materials, as well as for woodwork applications like veneering, laminating and bending different kinds of wood.
• UVNiUM™ wood machines
  The UVNIM™ Wood Machine is a robust 2 rotational table vacuum press, with powerfull heating system for bending, veneering and laminating all kinds of wood. Thermoforming of Thermoplastics and solid surface materials (Corian, PlexiGLASS, Mineral etc.) The rotational table vacuum press heating up to 80C. The temperature can be adjusted by a digital temperature control.
